UPPC is the leading manufacturer of high quality and cost efficient industrial grade paper. UPPC’s product lines include the Extensible Sack Kraft paper, which is used in making industrial paper bags, and its major product line, the corrugating medium paper and liner board, which are used in carton packaging products. UPPC has one of the most environmentally sound paper manufacturing operations in the Philippines. It uses 100% recycled paper, or when this is not possible, a combined furnish of recycled paper and virgin wood pulp.

The Paper Machine No. 1 has an annual production capacity of 50,000 MT, while the Paper Machine No.2 has annual production capacity of 150,000 MT.
UPPC’s Effluent Treatment Plant is one of the most technologically advanced waste water treatment facilities in the country today.
The UPPC manufacturing complex is powered by its own Co-Generation facility. Using 200 to 270 liters of bunker fuel per day, the Co-Gen Plant can generate 30 megawatts of electricity to run both Paper Machine Nos. 1 and 2.
